Three East Lothian community groups receive funding grants

In the second round of grant awards from the Inch Cape Construction Fund for 2025, three local East Lothian groups have been successful in being awarded funding.
The awards totalled £4870 and will benefit a range of local people include young rugby players, individuals with acquired brain injuries and children who are neurodivergent.
The three organisations receiving the grants were: Preston Lodge RFC Mini Rugby Festival 2025, Headway East Lothian and Stronger Together for Autism and Neurodivergence SCIO (STAND).
Managed by Foundation Scotland, the Inch Cape Construction Fund financially supports projects that have the specific objectives to either tackle the effects of poverty and inequality, improve the environment or to encourage sustainability within both the Prestonpans or Cockenzie & Port Seton community council areas.
Applications for grants of up to £2000 will be considered on a rolling basis so eligible groups can send in their applications at any time. More information about the fund and how to apply can be found on the Foundation Scotland Inch Cape Construction Fund page.
