Poised to play a key role in Scotland’s energy future and set to power the equivalent of more than million homes, Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm is in its final stages of development, working towards financial close and start of full construction.

Our recruitment process

  • Check for any open positions on our live vacancies page, on social media including Inch Cape’s LinkedIn and Instagram, or via jobsites.
  • Update your CV and apply for your future job.
  • Feedback on application will be within one to two weeks. This would be followed by a potential screening call of around five minutes with our HR team.
  • First stage interview would be within two weeks and would normally take around an hour. This may be online or in person.
  • Feedback or potential second interview would be within three weeks.
  • Job offer within four to six weeks for successful applicants. Unsuccessful applicants would be notified at the same time.
  • The final step within four two six weeks would be gathering essential documents, the on-boarding process and welcome to the Inch Cape team.
This process may change for permanent vacancies (some assessments, tasks or presentations could be required).

Contract roles with the project

A number of offshore wind and project specialists will be required in contract roles to help us achieve our milestones. Bringing your skills and experience to Inch Cape would mean you are working to ensure one of Scotland’s flagship offshore wind projects becomes a reality.

Within the Inch Cape team we are able to work flexibly with a balance of home and office working. We do recognise that face-to-face collaboration will be integral to ensuring the success of the project. 

Our headquarters are in Edinburgh, and we also have offices in Dublin and Glasgow.
